Our Governance and Leadership

Together We Smile Foundation is guided by a clear governance and leadership structure designed to ensure accountability, safeguarding, and effective delivery of our mission.

The organisation is overseen by a Board of Trustees, who provide strategic direction, governance oversight, and accountability. The Board supports the long-term vision of the foundation, ensures responsible stewardship of resources, and upholds safeguarding and ethical standards.

Day-to-day operations are led by the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for implementing strategy, managing programs, and overseeing operations. The executive team works closely with volunteers and partners to deliver our work in line with the foundation’s values and principles.

This structure ensures clear separation between governance and management, while maintaining shared responsibility for the safety, wellbeing, and development of the children we serve.
